At the end of November, Smart2B participated for the second consecutive year in ENLIT, an end-to-end forum spanning every aspect of the energy agenda. This year the event was held in Paris, France.

The presence of Smart2B in the area dedicated to European projects goes in continuity with that of 2022 in Frankfurt: ENLIT has in fact confirmed itself as an excellent showcase for engaging stakeholders and sharing project results with them.

If, in fact, last year the objective of Smart2B was to engage and raise awareness among stakeholders on the objectives and challenges of the project, this year the objective was to share the results obtained so far and obtain important feedback, both from the technical point of view and in terms of potential exploitation. The result was three very intense days, in which Smart2B – represented this time by VITO and RWTH – came into contact with various types of stakeholders: users, potential customers and investors.

The organization of the event was as usual superb and Smart2B also had the opportunity to participate in a panel with other European projects; it was a moment of comparison and sharing aimed at underlining differences and similarities between the various projects financed at a continental level but also an opportunity to give visibility to the many energy initiatives promoted by the European Commission.

The area dedicated to European projects, where Smart2B was also hosted, gave us the opportunity to meet the PRECEPT team, our partner in the EU4BET cluster, whose foundation Smart2B was the promoter of. The EU4BET cluster also consists of three other projects (SATO, COLLECTiEF and PRELUDE) and aims to create a virtuous circle aimed at encouraging the exchange of knowledge and the dissemination of information regarding European initiatives in the field of energy transition.
