Smart2B consortium gathered in Lisbon, Portugal on 20th and 21st of October 2022 for the project General Assembly hosted by EDP.
This was the first physical meeting and therefore an unmissable opportunity for all partners to actually meet face to face.

On the first day, the morning was devoted to monitoring the progress of the project|, discussing each work package in detail, and giving an overall project status overview. One by one, the partners involved in each work package discussed developments and advancements, exchanging ongoing tasks, eventual deviations from the original scheduled activities and any relevant issue that partners have to be aware of.

Technical sessions ensued in the second part of the meeting, which spanned from the afternoon of the 20th until 21st afternoon. All partners discussed the operational aspects of their work packages and defined action to further strengthen synergies between them. With prototypes being shown, technological progresses were seen and touched first hand. A huge part of the sessions were dedicated to the ongoing pilots where Smart2B technology is actually put to the test in a real life environment. Lastly, the focus shifted onto services, with a showcase of the developed solutions and models.

During the meeting, representatives of each partner were also involved in the recordings of Smart2B video series that will be aired on the project channels.
